Why would I want my Dad who passed away 12 years ago be board chairman? He was board chairman at our local coop before joining West Central coop. He would have never allowed the locations to be closed for business but you are free to have your opinion. A company wide meeting would have been done after hours or on a Saturday. Business lost is business lost.
