I think you are on the right track with a 36' bin that size has value for anyone if you rent it out down the road. 42 be better. The dryer end is foreign here, haven't fired up a dryer since 96.
Just build things with expansion in mind. Easier to plan now than modify later.
Be careful with new vs used. FSA still does the loan program. If you show a need, 7 year low interest money is an absolute no-brainer over used equipment. | |
