I put a value on rats on my sheet they use for collateral. Figure when I go tits up at least they will take the rats. The lawyer will insist the take the rats first. Actually have rats on contract for neighbors farms.


When I was in school a professor said you’re not in trouble too bad till they want a list of your valuable household items, guns and jewelry on your balance sheet.
I ought to try putting my 3 year old on my next sheet. She’s quite the heathen. Maybe I’ll accidentally forget a payment and they’ll come looking for some “collateral”.
