| Dad just put up a 60x100x18 poleshed, 60x48 enclosed for shop, insulated with infloor heat and 7 inches of concrete ( foam has risers and you step tubes between them, and rebar is above the risers, dad didnt want to risk ever hitting the tubes so he wanted a little more concrete). Tin lined shop. 1 drain and a bathroom. 30 ft overhead door, and 2 slider doors on cold storage side.
Had Amish/Mennonite (they never clarifed what they were, they didnt drive, but had some very nice electric items) build it and total cost will end up close to or just over 250k | |
