I'm planning on building a shop in the spring. Current best bid is $230K less electrical and tube heat, which I think can be done for 20K. Size of 60'w x 90'L x 16' high brand name pole type on a concrete foundation. Spray foam on the walls and blown in cellulose the attic. White steel walls interior. 24 inch roof overhang all the way around the building. Two 14 tall x 20 ft wide overhead doors on each end, off center to drive a semi/trailer thru in and out. One 14' tall x 12' wide manual overhead door. Three walk-in doors. Six side windows. Six inches of re-bar concrete shop floor.
