Just build it.  

LOL, can't find my link, so not sure what I did.  Pull a few charts and just compare prices on dates....you just need a few samples from different time frames reflecting the cost at that time.  You really have no idea what costs are going to be going forward so if you need it/want it and can afford it, go back to my first statement :)
