I picked this up at a farm show last week.  

I don’t know anything at all about the company or their buildings.  



Its a little blurry so I'll type the specs. 

50'x80'x16' with 1' overhangs.   1 window, 1 walk in door, 1 overhead insulated door 20' x 14'        $79,920

Lined and insulated add    $47,190

5" concrete with 2' oc rebar add    $26,626   

= $153,736 total       = $38.43/square ft

Does not include any fill, electrical or HVAC


Guy I talked to said you could basically figure pretty close to the same $/sq ft for any width up to 60' wide and any length.    Also said that going 18' tall would be minimal expense.       

Probably the biggest additional cost that would have to be added would be in door(s).   There is no way I'd build a farm shop with that small of a door.
