Anyone else have trouble understanding the bill? They're the only company I deal with that manages to throw late fees & finance charges on my account before it's paid. Just curious before I call them.
Yes, have had trouble in the past. But Greenpoint was worse. Took them over a year to get to the bottom of a couple hundred dollar charge. First said it was for xxx soil test on a farm we were custom farming. told them bill the farmer, we were just the guys with the equipment. Kept sending bills, finally walked into the office, checkbook in hand. Told them to figure it out. After 30 minutes, it was my bill for chemical from two years ago. Paid it, then they closed my account!!!!
Son had them not sending bills. Took me several calls to corporate to get address changed. |
