72x80 with 10' lean-to for office/storage
Stick built with 2x6 on top of a poured foundation wall
5" floor
Tyvek & 2" spray foam, then 5" rockwool batts, then metal inside.
15" blown in rockwool in attic
19' 6" inside hieght
5/12 roof pitch
One 30' door
One 14' door
Slot floor drains
Finished office
Finshed Bathroom/shower
Geothermal ac/heat with gas furnace back up
About $370k without site prep.
Lean to really helps stabilize a building that tall exposed to wind
