Yes, both traditional and roth grow tax free. Difference is when tax is paid at contribution or withdrawal. They are powerful.
Ok; say I got 100k in IRA and earn 25k growth and withdraw it all so have to pay tax on 125k, that I understand. But say I got 100k in Roth that I paid tax on, then earn 25k growth and withdraw it all 125k. Do or don’t I have to pay tax 25k growth? |
