East Central Ia | I have a spreadsheet that I import all my weights from my grain cart and truck scales.
I use combine moisture to shrink and find actual dry bushels.
I take that number to another spreadsheet where I input all my delivery tickets. This gives me ave moisture, fm, etc.
And as I put a ticket in it gets deducted from my inventory. I have a column where I can check to reconcile that load to a settlement sheet, and another check box when we have been paid.
Simple and easily track inventory in real time. | |
