Western Oregon | I was a sickly kid. Stomach removed right after birth. Polio at 7. High blood pressure, high cholesterol and blood sugar problems at 19. Strict diet, no salt and pills. I was too young and naive to say no. I got very sick pretty quickly, went off meds and started looking into it. I have changed what I eat and haven't taken any meds since 25. not even pain meds. I had 7 teeth removed, wide awake last spring. Upper denture before I left. Shot to numb and nothing after....James | |
