I took the controller from this 7210 tractor and used it on a 7250 because the one it had was bad. Then I bought the 7250, the owner told me he tried a few things, gave up and run a line to the tractor remote. I'm pretty sure he mentioned something about sending it in for a fix.
I took apart the controller, someone had been in there before. I assume the dealer tried to fix it. I can see a few fried components.
I'd like to build my own controller because then I can always fix it. Plus I want to someday integrate it into a larger system I'm working on to automate other tractor functions.
