That's exactly what we do. I'd use what you have got, it will be easy and pretty cheap to adapt to your new planter.

Our Monosem came set up for a Brun seed system, so when we bought the planter, we also bought the blower. It was an upgrade from the Christianson we had been using, a larger blower.

If you need pictures if my description below is foggy, let me know, email is good.

We mounted the Brun blower on our tender and adapted our Christianson seed vac stands to work with that system. The tender only has about a 10' hose with a cam lock on it's end, it's just how it came and works for us since I also load liquids while loading seed from an overhead boom.

I back the planter up centered on that hose (and the boom mount pipe) and stop the planter about 6' from the tender, then it's just hook it up and go.

We added an inocculant hopper on the suction side and it meters talc directly into the seed air stream without us doing anything other than turning it's switch on when we start blowing. It's on a latching relay so that when I turn the blower off, it won't automatically keep metering talc at startup, it needs to be manually toggled to start metering again to allow the engine to warm up.

On the planter there is a pipe that we hook the seed tender to with a 4" cam lock at ground level. After a short flexible hose, it goes to plain Jane 4" truck exhaust pipe. It is centered under the cat walk between the tanks and elbows vertically where it is supported. Above the height of the tanks the is a metal pipe connector (and clamp) sourced from Brun to act as a pipe swivel. From there it elbows horizontally and rearward so that one pipe with the cyclone can be moved over each tank and still swivel anywhere out of the way to allow the tank lids to be put on.

It works VERY well. The whole thing is less than 13'6" tall with the planter fully raised so I can road it worry free with the cyclone up there in the air. The cyclone is set so that at rest it puts just a bit of weight on the tank lids so it stays where I park it when planting and doesn't bounce around.

Our new to us planter this year may require a little more finesse on my part. I am going to add the same fill system to it, however I believe this new planter is taller so I may have to get creative and make the cyclone pipe swivel at an angle so it has a "park" position lower than the height I need for filling the tanks. That will be in a month or so when I get that in here to get it set up for spring.

I've got a few ideas, I'll figure something out.
