If you're apologizing repeatedly for same stuff... you're either not sorry at all or you're apologizing often for something maybe truly doesn't need an apology. I feel like it's pretty self-intuitive to know when an apology is warranted, whether that's to a woman, your woman, a neighbor/friend, employee, etc. Saying "sorry" just to appease someone is not a good practice/habit to get into.
