Just wondered what some your Morning Ag Equipment Needs including Pharma Consists of...

I'll be the first.

After 7 Heart Attacks, and 6 stints...Below is Mine...(family inherited heart disease)...

And Yet...we all have to take the good with the bad...:)

Well, late to Tractor Porn tonight I am!!

OK lets get the meds out the way, and brief description, function...

Marlboro Lights...never a heavy smoker, but did get up to 1/2 pack a day in my thirties...DID not start until brothers death in 96.

2. Nasal Four...Never used or knew about nose sprays until my early fifties...smelt a pungent and unusual weed cutting corn few years back. Along a drainage ditch...rare for us, we are known for BIG terraces...But one of the jewels growing...didn't know then, nor now...but changed my life. Simply stop up so bad feel as though I can't breath...couple shots...and better have the paper towel or a tow sack ready...heavy clear sinus looks like...not cig brown, not white or yellow as infection...never have been able for doc or anyone to explain. (Nasal Four is unique...not related to Afrin line, generic or not...also very cheap at dollar stow)

3. Milos Tea...Extra Sweet...see below.

4. Statin...Was started by general family doc around late forties..."Oh, we do that now....you need to be on a  Statin...everybody is...:( ...well, Maybe you're wrong...side effects are many from doped up brain to "Cramps". Cramps was the side effect only...but oh heck....The absolute worst cramps...can't even begin to explain. And randomly anytime, anywhere...absolute Agony. I had to quit 4 months later...takes as long to get out of system as it did "in'...2 MORE Months of sheer torture.  Would not try again, till first heart attack at 50 and half. Was much better...but still possible sudden cramps occasionally (Atorvastatin...Generic Lipitor)

5.  Clopidigrel (CLO-Pid-a-grull) required for up to a year for organ rejection when any stint or foreign object introduced into system...prevents organ rejection say from tissue/organ transplants also.

6. Acid Reducer (Nexium--EsoOmeprazole) and (Prilosec--Omeprazole) are not allowed...Instead...one called Pantoprazole...(Pan-TOP-rah-zahl)...does not contradict some kind of reaction to one of the heart drugs above...so,they don't think its suited, or they make more money pushing it...take it for what its worth)

7. Isosorbide...time release very small amout of Nitro-Gylcerin -Q1`

8. Blood Pressure...The smallest manufactured amount of the best combo blood pressure drugs is Metoprolol...I have to break in half...need very little...can make you dizzy very easy if you have LOW blood pressure like me...Normal for me is 110/76...it can easily now drop while sedentary to 78/52...close to Dizzy...Close to FALLING...

9. Bayer Aspirin...regular strength...325 milligrams...I can only take every other day...I have too thin blood from above...will cause internal bleeding if not VERY careful...Sometimes I take a couple a week...better for tummy.

10. Over the Counter Omeprazole...maybe 1/4 chewable from Dollyer Store,..if I need or have any acid at all between normal dose of Pantoprazole.

I actually think I AM on the low side of required meds and Pharma...If you haven't been around out of shape, city folks...any age...Their array of meds borders on Crazy long...if not downright Insane!!

And finally addressing the cigs...no more than 3 a day...and that's me...often 2 if I don't have to put up with stoopid customers, and delicate farmer ego's...(present company included, sorry!!)

Absolutely infuriates the Docs and Cardiologist...Scream at me...

"Son, I can tell anybody that has ever smoked"...as he brandishes the old Stethoscope...breath, again...again...one more time...

"Well, you are one of the FEW I can't tell....I DON'T know what all you are Doing...But

KEEP IT UP...see you next year.

I know, but they do only give me about 5 months to live... get your affairs in order,...sorry, nothing else we can do...
