McLean county IL | As I again see the pics of devastated homes and buildings on Weather Channel this morning and interviews with residents that " saved" their homes, my head spins with this thought " why?" As in " why bother saving your home in this mass?"
Would you really want your home stuck in the midst of devastation , no utilities, no normal community life, knowing it's a war zone that'll have bull dozers, dump trucks, demolition, noise in coming months and years??
And eventually when new, modern homes are built, your home is an outdated eyesore?!?!
I understand the urge to try to rescue what you can. But... | |
