south central IOWA | Just be prepared that the wire transfer can take an hour or 2. I sold a high ticket item recently and delivered it to the guy because he paid what I wanted. He was fine doing the transfer too. After meeting the guy at his place, hanging out with him waiting for the transfer to clear, I was like, why didn't I just get a check from him? He was a good egg but you don't know that stuff at the beginning of the deal.
