They could be in any class B foam the ff use on a "petrochemical" fire, but it would be unlikely under the current circumstances. Pfas and the like are a mere drop in the bucket of contamination from this disaster.
Edit to add,
The red/pink material that the big planes drop is (I think) ammonium phosphate slurry dyed red for visualization...it'll probably add to the next fires intensity with the increased growth in those areas. Lol
That crap makes a huge mess and it a real pain to wash off a truck. We had a SEAT mis-drop on us once about 10 yrs ago. We were fortunate it was a small plane that did it.
