Subject: Trust a header trailer down the interstate?

NW Central Iowa (Fort Dodge)

Buying a 35' draper about 350 miles away, Would you trust a M&D - stud King 38' header trailer?

Tandem rear axles
Truck tires
Ram 2500 Diesel pickup

I was going to use a guys 36' gooseneck but that plan has failed. Would I need to keep speeds down? Should I be worried about DOT and getting pulled over because no license on trailer?
