Some of that is where your data service comes from I believe. Bad physical tracking information.
Lots of times I get ads or my zip code pre loaded on websites “store finder” with Chicago area zip code. Somewhere in the past I read or was told that’s because I use AT&T for cell service and that’s my regions zip code for AT&T. Not sure that’s 100% accurate reason.
