TOP-106 antenna....Seems ro be flaking out after 1 year of being mounted.

Sparkfun said the SFETOP106 was good for L1/L2 bands for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou constellations, but OEM's sheet did not list Galileo. L5 was not listed, but not sure how active this band is currently. When determining antenna's location via OPUS after many RINEX evaluations, it seemed to nail down its location to within 3mm. Coaxial connector needs to be pointed in a North direction in northern hemisphere. I removed it, and installed a mini choke ring antenna to see if this makes a difference in 2025 farm seasons.

If I was buying another antenna, I would consider ArduSimple's AS-ANT3B-CAL-L1256-SMATNC-01 since it covers L1/L2/L5/L6 bands, and it has been calibrated.

Maybe its electronics, maybe the GNSS receiver, or maybe not enough current/voltage powering the antenna. I'm not aware of an issue, but only used it during one farm season. CORS stations do replace their antennas after several years or more of usage, or at the time of failure.. ArduSimple gives a two year warranty.
