| Oh man, where to start?
Drilling jigs and templates are probably the most useful I've made.
Clutch r&r tools for a 4l30e transmission. Namely tools for pressing in bushings and to compress the clutch packs using the press so snap rings could be removed.
Various grommets and plugs (from TPU).
Toilet shim to make it sit level on the floor.
Coil spacers for my little SUV (from TPU).
Interior trim bezels, one was for putting a small CB where an ash-tray resided and another was to put a drivers-information-center from a Suburban into the overhead console of my GMT800 truck.
Prototype sheetmetal parts before I spend $$$ having a service like Send-Cut-Send cut and brake them.
Replacements for the various plastic clips and mechanisms that inevitably break in cars. Typically I use ASA or ABS plastic. As long as the details aren't too fine they can work well.
Connector shells for the upfitter connector in my GMT800 truck.
