I bought a used prusa MK3S+ a while back. It will do a lot of things and is very reliable once you figure it out. The newer prusa's are much faster, but I just let mine run overnight. Has about 137 days of runtime on it now.
The cool new machines are the bambu's. Lots of nice features with them.
