NE WI
Bambu Lab. I have an X1C with 2 AMS units. Have 4500 hours on it. Only one warranty claim with a cooling fan inside on the driver board. Bambu sent a replacement. Replaced the extruder gears 4 times so far. Bearings go bad. Easy 15 minute fix. I swap in a spare extruder and rebuild the old one for a spare.

I replaced one first stage feeder in the AMS so far along with replacing the PTFE tubes inside the AMS. They wear through. It’s 2 screws and some push to remove fittings.

Other than just general maintenance the thing just works. I’ve been printing for 11 years and the amount of fiddling, tweaking, upgrading previous printers was just and much time as printing.

Just slice, send over WiFi, and print. It just works.

I print PLA, CF nylon, nylon, Zytel, CF Zytel, PETG, ABS, and TPU.

Abrasive filaments (CF) are not to be used in the AMS.

Print replacement parts for the farm too.
