sd | Neat! Thoughts to you and your family! Did a similar thing with my grandpa. Lived to be a week shy of a 100. Had a large birthday party planned for him for about 6 months. Had a place reserved that entire time and he passed away 5 days beforehand. Ended up having his funeral that same day. It’s almost like he planned it. Never wanted to inconvenience anyone and by that I mean everyone had their plane tickets booked for the party. Ended up driving him through the farm one last time and it’s something I’ll never forget. Often thought of those 80 plus years of working in that farm. I bet him and your grandma will meet! Hold on to the memories!!! | |
