Bambu Labs has been advertising like crazy in the last few months, their printers are very much plug and play. I personally don't have one of theirs or print in PLA.
Another brand I would suggest is Elegoo, I have been using thier Mars 5 Ultra resin printer for smaller parts and model railroading. It has a much smaller print area, but very detailed and very sturdy prints. They do sell open box printers on ebay for less than their website sometimes.
