We recently upgraded to a Bambu P1S. It is a cheaper version of the x1 series. We got the combo package which includes the 4 spool tray for automatically changing colour. That tray is quite handy. Of course you can use it to change colour but it is also useful for printing a layer of transition material between supports and the item. It is also handy for finishing off the end of rolls because it will automatically switch to the next roll.

The P1S is enclosed like the X1. After researching online the general consensus was that buying a hardened hot end and feed rollers makes it just as capable of printing hard to print materials as the X1 series at a cheaper price point.

We had been using a Creality CR10 and this is definitely a big step up. Good luck.
