ljadx160 - 1/11/2025 08:57 Thought I'd share a few of my experiences so far as I took advantage of the Ag Leader trade in program of $5,000 if getting an Incommand Go 16, Steadysteer, 7500 w/ RTK, and 1/2 price on Turnpath. Traded in an Ez Guide 500/EZ Steer. First, the 7500 GPS didn't show up unlocked for RTK. When I called the dealer, they indicated that Ag Leader was supposed to ship them out unlocked. Wasn't a big deal, the dealer had my serial number and the unlock code, so entered it and worked fine. After reboot and connecting to my phone wi-fi hotspot, got RTK lock in short order (Iowa CORS). The Incommand GO 16 did not come with Turnpath unlocked already either. In same conversation with dealer, they indicated that was typical. They read off the unlock code to me and good to go. As far as the Incommand GO 16, that is replacing an Incommand 1200 (which got moved to a different tractor). So I exported the complete setup out of the 1200 to a USB stick and plugged into the GO 16. At first time boot up of the GO16, it leads you several setup steps, and one of which is indicating if you are running multiple Incommand monitors. I said "yes", and it leads you through the idea of exporting from one monitor and then importing into the new GO16. So far, that seemed to work fine, brought in all my fields and setups for the tractor, planters, sprayer, and combine (I'd moved the 1200 between the planter/sprayer tractor and the combine, and intend to do the same with the GO 16). So far, the only thing I don't really like on the GO16 is the use of all the white. A lot of symbols are white background and the background of various windows are all white. I really do like the color scheme of the 1200's, so kind of hope Ag Leader will bring back some color to the GO 16 in future firmware updates. Based on the initial missing features noted on Ag Leader's website noted as "coming in Spring", I'm guessing a bit rushed to get launched. Hopefully, "spring" is before I get started planting, as one missing feature is background aerials. I've found kind of handy from time to time.

Thanks for the info. One of the main downsides for me is the weight. The 1200 is already heavy, and putting something heavier and larger in the cab on a ram mount doesn't appeal to me
