goodhue county,mn | thanks for answers ....40 years ago rented neighbors farm on 1/3..2/3 and he paid for 1/3 fertilizer......i didnt quite think that was fair anymore and that is why i asked....this farm would bring 300 an acre ..if it was asked of......and i am sure would bring county ave..of 200...and 55....its not my farm so i cant give definites....but the answers were in my ball park thinking | |
