Same here. I'm not a fan of shares, I'd rather pay a set amount per acre. But if doing shares it would be 75/25 or let the next guy give it a try. Also note that around me there's not many fields to be had over 20 acres or so and deer pressure really takes a toll on small fields. If we're talking 80-a couple hundred acres I'd get the pencil out before I declined
