everyone is addicted to something!
I listened to Dr. Larua one day on the radio. She said everyone has addictions; it's just you need to learn how to channel the good addictions in your favor. So, you don't get taken over by the bad addictions. I'm still working on perfecting the bad ones to at least tell me it was worthwhile in dropping them.
