Is it because the cement pad is on top of the ground. Or am i seeing things?
Turning into basically a block of ice around the water?
The cement creating a thin air gap?\
Pulling too much heat
Just spit balling....
I've wondered about the concrete pad having something to do with it freezing quicker and thicker ice at not all that cold temperatures compared to what guys on here are claiming. |
