I need to find and watch that video also....I can't cook anything with stainless without it sticking !!!!
I have read that the trick is to get the pan hot first, before you do anything. This closes the pores in the metal. Then you add your butter/oil, let it get warm, then crack the egg.
I have not tried it, when my GF moved in my All-Clad pans got stored and we use hers now. It's okay with me, now I only do about 30% of the cooking.
