NC Indiana | My 9600 and 9700 has the heater under the passenger seat. My problem ended up being the valve the control cable hooked to. It is down at the bottom of the compartment. The cable moved the arm but the crimp holding the arm to the valve shaft slipped. Need a helper to run the control while you watch to see if the valve shaft turns with the arm. Had to replace the valve assembly. | |
