Lone Wolf Ok | Surgery went well.
They tested me for COVID after i was in a room. Of course PCR trst came back positive. So off I was whisked to different floor/ wing. Lol. Nothing put on chart, nothing on door, respiratory comes with ' sucking' testing device. No mask. Extremely unhappy to learn i had COVID.
PCR test indicates something within last 90 days. I knew ( and told everyone) exposure was dec21 ( daughter tested positive). Christmas wife/ I were sick 2 days. I had been slowest to recover fully, my coughing stopped after surgery.
Currently in sling, nerve block still tingling. No other pain meds ( and I hope to stay away from them. No Valium ( or substitute formulation) used in anesthesia. Tech indicated really only used to place nerve block ( I definitely knew when needle was doing block).
