My wife has dealt with this for 25 years. Back then it was very difficult to go out to dinner. MUCH easier now! Download the Find Me Gluten Free app. Very easy now to find restaurants with gluten free options. All major grocery stores have a gluten free section. I know it sounds bad now, but you’re going to feel sooo much better in a couple of weeks you won’t believe it.
