I was in Winkler MB on Monday of last week looking at a bin. There were a few sleds going around but trail looked pretty beat and thin. Open country. Better go further north of there. Basically no snow till the 30 miles from the border.
Meridian, Concept? Pretty sure Meridian makes bins at Storm Lake as well. Maybe not what you are looking for though.
Normally going north or east or west from Winkler would have better snowmobiling. Too wide open here. Don't think that is the case at this point.
