tennessee | Similar situation with me last year except I was never told anything and had to find out on my own that someone else was farming the ground. I had fertilize already down. Owner wouldn't discuss it with me so I had to get a lawyer. Land owner has just agreed to pay me for fertilize 10 months after I put it on...its a mess and I still don't have the money. If u go my route just be prepared for other party to string it out as long as possible. Sorry it happened to you but at least u have some notice. | |
