my guess is the switch key on the back end of the cylinder. GM decided that having the key to start a car wasn't good enough. They put some stupid electronic thing on the end of the lock cylinder and it fails with regularity. After having to replace it multiple times I came across a wiring diagram of how to subvert it and the mechanic was able to follow it and never had the problem again.
Very true also , went that too . My last GM is probably in china now :) . That’s excluding the 86 k-30 when they could build a truck . |
