I didn't say anything negative about seat belts or airbags or ABS or traction control (provided it can be disabled when needed). Those are good features that most buyers would adopt even if it were not required.

And I said BMW proved electric power steering is less reliable before others - GM, Ford, probably others its not a secret that the electric power steering is more expensive to repair and shorter service life than hydraulic assist. Current models. Maybe Toyota has a better product.

I would not accept steer by wire in a car or pickup. Tractor would probably be okay the way we use tractors.
