Seriously. Beef (fatty is good), salt, water, and nothing else. As in NOTHING else. Its called an elimination diet. Great place to start in my opinion (and personal experience) to see if there are any food stuffs that are causing your problems.
After one to three months when most, if not all, of your health problems disappear, slowly start adding foods back into your diet one by one. Over time, you should be able to identify your "triggers".
That's just what I did. Might work for you, might not. Worth a try in my opinion.
