Just get a doctor to inject some of your own stem cells into the joint. Don't mess around with supplements or panacea diets. Fix it and forget about it.
Ribeye + free autophagy > doctor bills and needles
What if its ALL of your joints? Stems cell injections in all twenty something joints in each hand? Starting in my late teens, when I got out of bed in the morning, the first thing I did was go to the bathroom and run my hands under hot water for several minutes to get my hands to limber up so I could work buttons and zippers to get dressed. Now in my late 20s, I feel great when I get out of bed in the morning.
I concur about fixing it. But don't forget about it. Keep it healthy and properly feed it. However that may be for your body.*
