I think a couple of the Chinese EV makers will survive and prosper. Tesla will likely make it, with or without Elon. Hyundai/Kia will be OK. And in spite of the narrative that no one really wants an EV, some rather surprising sales figures from Ford, just came out. Only one company making an ICE Pony car these days, and that's Ford with their Mustang. They also make an EV Mustang and that actually sold more copies than the ICE version. 51,745 Mach Es to 44,003 ICE Mustangs. 
For comparison, the Dodge Challenger sold 27,054, the GM Camaro sold 5,859, and the Corvette sold 33,330 for the year.
