The adjacent county to me is like this. I think they even wanted to come check and make sure that the place was good enough. Lol. My local county you go in and say you want the dog, pay them $50 and you walk out with a bag full of goodies and a dog. I don’t think they care if you would go home and shoot the thing. Just as long as it’s out of their hair. That where we got one of our about 10 yeas ago. Great dog
