I have always heard that there are countries where people drink a lot of wine and live to a ripe old age.

I also have heard that alcohol in moderation was good for you.

Is there new research on this that I have missed?

I realized when I was younger that five or six bottles of Boone's Farm getting passed around between a few folks was not the optimal way to drink ..................but it was still fun! (-:
