ECWI | I spent too much time at our local cancer clinic the last few years, and have conflicting views on this. My theory was while I lived a fairly healthy life, I was constantly searching for new thoughts to improve my health.
At the same time fellow patients would be standing outside smoking a cigarette right before walking in to get radiation or chemo. Addiction is powerful.
Another theory is at some point a person can say, I lived a good life, I am happy, why give up my habits at this point.
Certainly no easy answer for anyone.
I have altered several areas of my life to feel better, I will not live forever, but while I am alive I want to feel good. Without your health you really have nothing. | |
