Nice pictures. How long does it take for cane harvest ? How many acres per day per machine for the cane harvest ?
100-110 days. We will finish Monday. Started early October.
We harvest in tons. Per machine, 12 hr day, depending on how fast trucks return, 800 tons in great cane. Green or burned changes that as well. So in acres, good cane, 20. Bad cane, 30.
In the end, 60,000 tons per harvest is tops.
