A year ago I had what I guess I'd call phlegm build up in my chest, I'd have to cough it out every so often. I could sleep all night but during the day it was a recurring event. I finally went to the doctor and had chest X-Rays. All he did was give me an inhaler with Symbicort. After a couple of weeks it went away. I was never sick, never had a fever, never had any aches from normal, had no problem sleeping, no loss of appetite or loss of taste, just the annoying phlegm that I'd cough up. My wife caught Covid several months ago and I slept next to her, lived in the same environment with her and assumed I too would get Covid. I never did, not even a sniffle. So I was reading the notes the doctor made from my visit and noted the doctor seemed bent of ascribing my symptoms to long Covid in spite of the lack of other Covid indicators. |
