I pay for my MIL cell phone. I went over to Google Fi from Verizon about a year ago. It is cheaper than Verizon that we moved from. Nothing wrong with Verizon in my location. I wanted something a little cheaper and Fi comes with 5Gb of hotspot. Fi uses T-Mobile and can switch over to consumer cellular.
Every once in a while I need a hotspot because my home internet goes down.
